From summer parties to festive celebrations and weddings, these packages offer a blend of the Barbican’s iconic architecture and spaces with world-class food and drink.
For summer parties, delegates can escape to the urban oasis of the Barbican’s Conservatory, featuring 1,800 species of tropical plants and tranquil ponds. The “Summer in the City” package includes three hours of unlimited drinks, a choice of three food stalls, and a dedicated event manager to ensure a successful event. Additional enhancements, such as premium drink options and entertainment bookings, are available upon request.
During the festive season, attendees can revel in the holiday spirit amidst the exotic ambiance of the Barbican Conservatory with the “Festive Fun” and “Festive Wrapped-up” packages. Each package offers a selection of drinks, canapés, and food stations crafted by Searcys, providing a culinary journey that complements the festive atmosphere.

Summer packages start at £85+VAT per person, while festive packages start at £132+VAT per person, both requiring a minimum of 150 people.
In addition to commercial offerings, Searcys also provides wedding packages starting from £182+vat per person at the Barbican. These packages encompass everything needed for an unforgettable celebration, from elegant receptions to luxurious dining experiences.
