Arsenal had already been confirmed champions on Tuesday after Manchester City F.C. failed to beat Bournemouth, leaving Pep Guardiola’s side four points behind the Gunners heading into the final round of matches.
The triumph marks Arsenal’s 14th English league title and their first since the famous “Invincibles” campaign of the 2003/2004 season.
The North London club were presented with the Premier League trophy after Sunday’s match at Selhurst Park, with jubilant fans celebrating the end of a two-decade wait for league glory.
Attention will now shift to Europe as Arsenal prepare to face defending champions Paris Saint-Germain F.C. in the UEFA Champions League final scheduled for May 30 in Budapest.
