Together, they will explore how the anointing equips leaders to navigate the complexities of ministry in today’s rapidly changing world.

Economic Challenges and the Church’s Role

Nigeria continues to grapple with economic challenges, including inflation, unemployment, and currency devaluation. These issues have exacerbated social tensions and created a sense of instability for many families and individuals. In this climate, the church has become a beacon of hope, offering not just spiritual comfort but also practical solutions for those facing hardships.

During the conference, speakers are expected to address how the anointing can provide wisdom and guidance for church leaders to support their communities in this difficult time. Rev. Samson Azetome is particularly known for his teachings on leadership in times of crisis, and he is likely to focus on how ministers can use their influence to foster resilience, hope, and transformation within their congregations.

Societal Transformation Through Revival

As society faces moral and ethical challenges, the need for revival is more urgent than ever. The conference’s theme, “The Anointing and the Anointed”, speaks directly to the need for a renewed spiritual awakening, not just within the church, but across all sectors of society. Dr. Steve Ogan, a well-known revivalist, is expected to deliver a powerful message on the role of the church in leading this revival, emphasizing that true societal transformation begins with a spiritual awakening. He is likely to draw connections between the current economic and social crises and the urgent need for ministers to carry the anointing into all spheres of life, from the marketplace to governance.

A Gathering for Empowerment

Convened by Reverend Dr. Adekunle and Reverend Mrs. Edna Adeniyi-Pentecost, the conference aims to empower both new and seasoned church leaders with the tools they need to make lasting impact. With two daily sessions morning sessions from 8 AM to 12 Noon and  evening sessions  from 3 PM to 7 PM—attendees will have ample opportunity to delve deep into teachings, connect with other ministers, and receive personal impartation from some of the most anointed leaders in the country.

The 20th Asaba Leadership & Ministers Conference is poised to be a transformative experience, not only for those in attendance but for the communities they represent. As the church continues to play a vital role in societal transformation, this conference serves as a clarion call for spiritual leaders to rise up and lead with courage, faith, wisdom and the Anointing in these challenging times.
