Nollywood actor Mike Folarin has shared his struggles with overly enthusiastic female fans, revealing that some have gone as far as kissing him without his consent.
In a candid interview with VJ Adams, Folarin described the experience as one of the most ridiculous moments in his entertainment career.
“Getting unsolicited kisses is the most ridiculous fan experience I have had. Yeah, getting kissed without my consent. It happened in Lagos, in the club. So, I guess everybody was intoxicated,” he said.
The actor used the opportunity to remind fans about the importance of consent, urging them to always seek permission before engaging in any physical interaction with celebrities.
“Consent is paramount,” Folarin emphasised, highlighting the need for mutual respect between fans and public figures.
