Nigerian airline Air Peace has taken delivery of another Embraer 190 aircraft, bringing the number of Embraer aircraft in its fleet to 18. The aircraft arrived at Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos on Wednesday, October 7.
This is the eighth aircraft Air Peace has acquired in 2026, showing the airline’s continued effort to expand its operations and increase passenger capacity across its domestic, regional and international routes.
The new aircraft has 96 seats, including 12 Business Class seats and 84 Economy Class seats. Air Peace says expanding its fleet will give the airline more flexibility to serve different routes and respond to passenger demand.
The airline has also acquired five Boeing 737-800 aircraft this year, further increasing its overall capacity. The company says the expansion is aimed at improving connectivity and making its operations more reliable.
