The Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy partnered with Meta to launch an artificial intelligence academy today. Specifically, the initiative aims to expand the local pool of technical talent and strengthen the regional technology ecosystem.

Hands-On Training and Open-Source Model Deployment
Program participants will gain free access to specialized courses covering generative artificial intelligence, prompt engineering, and data analytics. Furthermore, training modules will focus heavily on practical application development using Meta’s open-source Llama models.
Top performers in the skills track will receive educational scholarships toward official professional certifications and digital advertising credits. Additionally, selected developers will participate in an intensive six-week bootcamp delivered directly by AI technical experts.
Providing practical engineering support ensures that local developers build functional, market-ready software products. In short, technical bootcamps bridge the gap between basic theory and commercial deployment.
Fostering Local Startups and Global Competitiveness
