Regina Daniels Accuses Husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, of Ordering Arrest of Her Siblings

She suggested that the arrests were intended to force her return to a rehabilitation programme, which she said Nwoko had been trying to impose on her.

Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has accused her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, of ordering the arrest of her elder brother and sister, with her younger sister also facing possible detention.

The actress made the allegations in a series of emotional posts shared via her Instagram Stories, alleging that her family was being targeted and harassed amid growing tensions in her marriage.

Daniels claimed that the Delta North senator was using his political influence to intimidate her family members, although she did not disclose the reasons or specific location of the alleged detentions.

She suggested that the arrests were intended to force her return to a rehabilitation programme, which she said Nwoko had been trying to impose on her.

“Someone please help me! I feel like I’m losing my mind. My big brother and big sister have been arrested; my baby sister might be arrested soon as well until I return and, according to him, return to rehab,” she wrote.

“Don’t even get me started on telling the world what you did to me with your stupid rehab talk! You said I’m a drug addict, me I use am rob body sir! What other name can you call me? A prostitute? But I will speak on that one day and tell the world of your involvement with everything!”

The 24-year-old actress said she had tried to stay silent for the sake of her children but could no longer endure what she described as emotional torment.

“Leave my family alone, Ned! And leave me alone too! It is obvious it’s war,” she added.

As of press time, Senator Nwoko has not issued any public response to the allegations.

The development has sparked widespread reactions on social media, with fans and commentators expressing concern over the actress’s wellbeing and the state of her marriage.
