Nigeria’s male handball age group grade teams participating at the IHF Trophy Tournament for Africa Zone 3 continued their superlative performance on day 2 of the competition holding in Abidjan, Ivory Coast on Wednesday.
The under 18 national Male team displayed an extraordinary performance on the day as the Coach Emeka Nnamani tutored side, striking their Liberian opponent with an shockingly emphatic 79 – 15 victory.
The result is so far the highest in the championship.
The under 20 team led by Coach Fidelis Obi did not take the extra ordinary route but rather went about their business brusquely defeating Niger Republic 28-22 .
