The under 18 national Male team displayed an extraordinary performance on the day as the Coach Emeka Nnamani tutored side, striking their Liberian opponent with an shockingly emphatic 79 – 15 victory.

The under 20 team led by Coach Fidelis Obi did not take the extra ordinary route but rather went about their business brusquely defeating Niger Republic 28-22 .
