United Nigeria Airlines Appoints Prof. Madubuko Tochukwu Victor to Board

Seasoned global executive joins UNA to strengthen governance and support expansion

United Nigeria Airlines (UNA) has announced the appointment of Prof. Madubuko Tochukwu Victor as a Director on its Board, effective January 1, 2026. The appointment, approved at an Extraordinary General Meeting on December 30, 2025, underscores UNA’s commitment to strengthening corporate governance, deepening strategic leadership, and supporting its ongoing expansion programme.

Prof. Madubuko is a seasoned global executive with over 20 years of experience driving organisational growth across entrepreneurship, international business, education, and public service. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Chilanna Holdings LLC in Miami, Chairman of The Moonshine Contractors Limited, and Managing Partner of CareerNation, a U.S.-based human capital consulting firm operating across multiple states.

He holds a Master’s degree in Management from The New School and a Bachelor’s degree in International Law from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. Prof. Madubuko is also certified as a Senior Human Resources Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Registered Organization Development Consultant, bringing extensive international and cross-cultural expertise to the UNA Board.

“In our continued efforts to strengthen our corporate governance structure and broaden the membership of our Board in line with our strategic expansion programme, we are pleased to welcome Prof. Madubuko to the Board of United Nigeria Airlines. His breadth of experience, leadership depth, and proven track record in driving transformation make him a valuable addition to the UNA leadership,” the airline said in a statement.

Accepting the appointment, Prof. Madubuko Tochukwu Victor said:
