President Bola Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima are currently attending the 14th National Executive Council (NEC) meeting of the All Progressives Congress (APC), taking place at the Old Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
The high-level gathering began at around 2:10 p.m. and features a broad representation of the party’s leadership, including governors, former governors, top legislators, and key founding members of the APC.
Among the notable attendees are:

- Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin
- Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Tajudeen Abbas
- Deputy Speaker, Hon. Benjamin Kalu
- PGF Chairman and Imo Governor, Hope Uzodinma
- NGF Chairman and Kwara Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq
Other key figures present include former Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, APC Acting National Chairman Ali Bukar Dalori, and early arrivals such as Yakubu Dogara, James Faleke, Senators Adams Oshiomhole and Ned Nwoko, alongside governors from Lagos, Niger, Kogi, and Cross River States.
According to the agenda, a new National Chairman of the party is expected to be sworn in during the meeting.
