SITE to Host Incentive Summit Europe 2025 in St. Moritz, Switzerland

An intimate gathering of global incentive travel professionals heads to the Alps this weekend for connection, education, and destination discovery - with sustainability at its core

SITE (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence) will host its highly anticipated Incentive Summit Europe (ISE) in St. Moritz, Switzerland, from 29 June to 2 July 2025.

Renowned for its spectacular alpine scenery and longstanding commitment to sustainability, St. Moritz in the Engadin valley offers the perfect setting for this exclusive, invitation-only event that brings top-tier incentive travel professionals from across the globe to connect and learn.

Designed to foster deep connections among a curated group of buyers and suppliers, the Incentive Summit Europe blends immersive destination experiences, thought-provoking education, and high-impact networking.

Over three days, delegates will not only engage with peers and industry leaders, but also discover a deep appreciation for the natural and cultural richness of this celebrated Swiss destination.

In keeping with the host region’s environmental values, ISE 2025 will embrace a low-impact event model. Delegates will receive complimentary rail transfers from Zurich and unlimited local public transport passes for the duration of their stay.

Provided by Switzerland Convention & Incentive Bureau, these will ensure that all movement between sessions, site visits, and activities is sustainable.

“At SITE, we understand that incentive travel has a responsibility to lead by example,” said Annette Gregg, CEO of SITE. “ISE 2025 in St. Moritz is an opportunity to gather in a location that not only inspires but also aligns with our shared values as we shape the event around sustainability, excellence, and meaningful connection.”

The programme will feature site visits to some of St. Moritz’s premier venues as well as destination-immersive activities that celebrate the local environment: from e-bike tours and guided goat trekking to walking tours through the historic town.

These experiences offer delegates a unique way to understand the destination’s incentive potential while embracing its natural beauty and authentic charm.

Educational sessions, delivered by leading voices from the incentive industry, will round out the experience – offering a blend of professional development, inspiration, and actionable insights.

“We are honoured to welcome SITE and the global incentive community to St. Moritz,” said Barbra Albrecht, head of Switzerland Convention & Incentive Bureau at Switzerland Tourism. “With our pristine landscapes, commitment to environmental stewardship, and world-class hospitality, we look forward to showcasing the best of what our destination has to offer.”
