Raphael Onyedika has been included in Club Brugge’s squad for their crucial UEFA Champions League fixture against Olympique Marseille.
The defensive midfielder missed last week’s match against Kairat Almaty in Kazakhstan due to a muscle injury but returned from Africa Cup of Nations duty early last week.
Club Brugge are aiming to secure a place in the knockout round of the Champions League, with the Belgian side currently 27th in the overall table.
The 24-year-old Onyedika has been influential this season, scoring once in eight Champions League appearances, and his return is expected to bolster Brugge’s midfield ahead of the pivotal clash with Marseille.
