Radiogad Defends Dangote Industries, Blames Pedestrians for Truck Accidents

He stressed that pedestrians should exercise caution by looking left and right and ensuring that no vehicles are approaching before stepping onto the road.

Media personality Radiogad has spoken out in defence of Dangote Industries, arguing that pedestrians bear much of the responsibility in the wake of recent truck accidents involving the company.

In a video statement, Radiogad said many Nigerians were wrongly directing their anger at Dangote, while ignoring the role of road users who cross highways carelessly.

“Everyone is pouring out their frustration on Dangote and not blaming the people for crossing the road carelessly,” he said.

He stressed that pedestrians should exercise caution by looking left and right and ensuring that no vehicles are approaching before stepping onto the road.

Radiogad also criticised some Nigerian youths, accusing them of worsening the situation by drinking and smoking before navigating roads, which he said further compromised their safety.

His remarks come as Dangote Industries continues to face public backlash following multiple road accidents involving its trucks.
