The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, is set to host the 2024 LCCI International Business Conference & Expo, themed “Invest Nigeria.” The event, scheduled for Tuesday, 27th and Wednesday, 28th August 2024, at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos, is poised to be a landmark event in the Nigerian economic landscape.
“Invest Nigeria” aims to introduce 15 Unicorn companies to the Nigerian economy, sign significant investment agreements between Nigeria and various other countries, and facilitate the establishment of 1,500 new startups across Africa.
The event will feature a series of high-profile activities, including a Global Business Roundtable, headlined by the Nigerian Presidency, State Governments, Diplomats, and key figures from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Industry, Trade, and Investment, alongside leaders from the organized private sector.
The conference is also expected to showcase a dedicated Countries and States Session, ten Business-to-Business sessions focusing on critical sectors such as Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Fintech, Textile, and Creative Arts, as well as six Government-to-Government meetings.
Delegates and exhibitors from over 50 countries are expected to attend, making the expo a vibrant hub for international business collaboration and investment opportunities.
