The Honourable Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo SAN, CON, FCIArb (UK), today visited Sokoto State to commission key infrastructure projects at the Sadiq Abubakar III International Airport.

As part of his working visit, the Minister officially commissioned the newly constructed access road to the airport and laid the foundation stone for a new protocol lounge, reinforcing the Federal Government’s commitment to modernising aviation facilities across the country.

The Minister was received by the Executive Governor of Sokoto State, Dr. Ahmed Aliyu Sokoto, in an event that also marked the Governor’s second anniversary in office.
