The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has announced a review of its service fees, set to take effect from August 1, 2025. This decision follows a comprehensive evaluation of economic trends, increased operational costs, and discussions with relevant stakeholders.
In a public notice published on Tuesday and seen by The PUNCH, the commission stated that the revision is part of efforts to improve service delivery through enhanced technology and customer-centric operations.
“The commission wishes to inform the general public, esteemed customers, and all stakeholders that, in the continued efforts to improve its service quality and delivery, it has become necessary to review certain service fees effective the 1st day of August, 2025,” the CAC said.
The commission noted that the adjustment is modest and competitive, adding that it is in line with its drive to digitalise operations, maintain transparency, and uphold the integrity of Nigeria’s Corporate Registry.
This move is expected to support ongoing reforms in the business registration environment and streamline the delivery of services for enterprises across the country.
