Three prominent brothers Tal Alexander, Oren Alexander, and Alon Alexander have been convicted of drugging and sexually assaulting dozens of women over several decades. The verdict was delivered by a jury in New York, which found all three guilty of sex trafficking, sexual exploitation of a minor, and other related criminal charges.

Tal, 39, and Oren, 38, gained notoriety through their sales of luxury real estate in New York and Miami, while Alon, also 38, worked at the family’s private security firm, Kent Security. Prosecutors alleged that the brothers used their wealth and influence to lure women to parties and high-end properties, drugging and assaulting them. Eleven women, including some who were minors at the time, testified during the five-week trial, describing how they were given gifts and transported to locations where they were assaulted.

Evidence presented in court included a video showing Oren allegedly raping a 17-year-old at his Manhattan apartment in 2009. The jury found the brothers guilty on all ten counts. Sentencing is scheduled for August 6, and the men could face life in prison.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew Jones described the brothers’ actions as “without remorse, with callousness, and a perverse sense of pride.” U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton called the verdict an important step in the fight against sex trafficking, stating that it sends a message that such crimes will not go unpunished.

Defense attorneys, including Marc Agnifilo who previously represented rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs argued that the brothers were womanizers but denied allegations of rape or drugging. Agnifilo said the verdict was “not what we were looking for, but we’re going to keep fighting.”

The trial also brought forward a separate civil allegation, with reality TV star and top real estate agent Tracy Tutor accusing Oren Alexander of assault in 2024. Alexander’s legal team called the claim a “demonstrably false lawsuit for maximum media impact.”

Prior to their arrests, Tal and Oren Alexander worked at Douglas Elliman, representing celebrity clients including Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, Lindsay Lohan, and Liam Gallagher. In 2022, they founded their own New York-based firm, Official.
